Let's get this straight right now. Oils do not clog your pores, congest your skin, cause breakouts or leave you greasy. I will say that yes, if you use low-grade, solvent extracted and heat extracted oils, your skin will suffer. It will reject those sub-standard oils leaving them to sit on its surface longer, thus clogging and congesting your skin.
But when you use expeller and cold pressed, solvent-free extracted oils they prove nothing short of pure deliciousness for your skin, feeding it essential fatty acids, vitamins and other beneficial nutrients.
